A wholehearted "Welcome" to you

A space to listen deeply and support all parts of you

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns, feeling stuck, anxious or disconnected, feeling challenged with a relationship, or experiencing emotional pain you can’t quite name

Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, your needs, and your inner wisdom. In our work together, you will not be judged or analysed, you’ll be listened to, gently guided, and deeply respected

I offer both counselling and psychotherapy, tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are seeking practical support or long-term healing, we will move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you

My approach integrates evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with a person-centred and trauma-informed foundation. I honour your nervous system, your story, and your inner strengths, creating a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth

At your core is a Self that is calm, clear, and capable of healing. Our work together helps you reconnect with that inner resource and lead your life with more clarity, compassion, and confidence

Whatever brings you here, know that you are not alone

Together, we can explore what is happening in your inner and outer worlds - with compassion, curiosity, and respect

Online Appointments

All sessions are offered exclusively online

Online therapy offers a safe, effective and flexible way to access support, regardless of your location. Meeting from the comfort of your own space can reduce stress, save time, and support a sense of ease and privacy

Clients often find online counselling to be just as personal and more impactful than in-person work, with the added benefits of convenience and consistency

My personal and professional journey has given me a deep understanding of the many ways life can impact our well-being. I have worked closely with the effects of sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse, as well as the challenges of growing up in a family affected by addiction, as an Adult Child of Alcoholics. I bring insight into birth trauma and early developmental wounds, patterns of dysfunction within individuals, relationships, and family systems, as well as struggles with body image and eating disorders. My experience also extends to supporting people through grief, loss, and significant life transitions, as well as integration from psychedelic journeys, alongside meaningful engagement with twelve-step recovery programs and their spiritual principles

I am a qualified counsellor and a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), with a diverse range of accredited and formal training. My studies include postgraduate work in Applied Coaching and Mental Health (ACAP and Nan Tien), counselling studies with ACAP, Level One training in Internal Family Systems (IFS Institute), and certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (Psychedelic Institute Australia). My professional development also encompasses a Diploma of Counselling, pathways in birth and post-natal support as a Doula, Intimacy Coaching and (neo) Tantric Facilitation, Sensual Embodied Dance® facilitation, and teacher trainings in both Yoga and Pilates

Alongside these qualifications, I hold a deep personal interest in Jungian archetypes, Buddhist philosophy, non-dual Christianity, and the wisdom of life’s initiatory passages - from birth and maidenhood, through motherhood and elderhood, to death. I am also deeply connected to nature, animals, and our interdependence with them, and I continue to explore frameworks such as the Enneagram and classical Tantra, as well as embodied practices like yoga and Pilates, as pathways to integration and wholeness
